A new event proposition delivered in innovative and interactive formats, the all-new CIPS Procurement Futures brought together the most influential people in procurement and supply management from across the world. Attendees joined from 26 countries for two days of content focused on how to make supply chains more resilient, better for the people that power them and for our planet.

The event featured over 70 speakers and facilitators, over 20 sponsors and exhibitors and welcomed over 400 senior procurement professionals – becoming the best-attended CIPS conference on record. First-hand experiences of top CPOs were shared, alongside lively roundtable conversations and interactive workshops

Designed as an advanced event experience, Procurement Futures provided multiple ways to learn, interact and network throughout the day. Attendees could build their own agenda from a multi-stream programme, and join roundtable discussions, live debates and mini hackathons – while also meeting experts in one-to-one meetings and themed networking zones.

Matched by new and fresh branding, the event was designed to spark interaction, enabling professionals to connect and crowdsource solutions to shared issues. A popular addition, the professional development clinics, provided a unique opportunity to select, meet, and book one-to-one sessions with top procurement and supply chain professionals – offering a wide range of specialisms.

Haymarket’s Professional Associations team worked in unison with CIPS colleagues, as part of our long-standing partnership, to develop the new event concept and innovative programme, source speakers and sponsors, and market and run the hybrid event both on-site and via digital platform. All content highlights before, during and after the event were disseminated to a wider audience of procurement professionals by the Supply Management editorial team, who brought it all together into our print and online content channels – to provide even more value to CIPS members and wider procurement professionals.

Congratulations to the amazing teams at both CIPS and Haymarket Media Group who have once again proved that the impossible becomes possible when passion and collaboration combine!
